Policy

Introduction

This Policy describes North Maclean Family Vet's expectations and requirements for booking of, cancellation of, and rescheduling of appointments.

This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and continue to provide quality care to all our patients.

We understand that things can come up unexpectedly in life, and a member of Management may speak to you regarding your circumstances.

Surgeries & procedures

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice.

If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied or a deposit required for future bookings.

Litter bookings (3 or more)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. If insufficient notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited.
